Recovery Center for Literacy

The Reading Recovery Center for Literacy develops and supports leaders and instructors in Reading Recovery, an early intervention program for first-graders experiencing difficulty learning to read and write. As the primary provider of Reading Recovery services to schools and districts in Illinois—and now active in Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida and other locations—the Reading Recovery Center drives comprehensive literacy support, continuing education, research and evaluation.
